They set out to replace heavy, unwieldly cast iron with lightweight cast aluminium and from there developed a unique non-stick range made with greenstone water-based coating that’s free of toxins such as PFOA and nickel that can leech into your food, and distributes heat evenly for a quicker, lower heat, healthy cooking experience.  It’s so safe it’s been certified non-toxic by the Danish Technological Institute. The aluminium is sourced locally from the Italian smelters of Lumezzane at Zero Km and finished with a lovely diamond brush pattern, then individually hand checked.
