Directions:
- For adults: 30 - 60 drops (1 - 3 ml) 2 - 3 x daily in a glass of water, on an empty stomach, or as advised by your practitioner.

It is an excellent product even though the taste is a bit unpleasant. I have experienced a huge increase in energy levels and I am hoping for an improvement in hair, skin and nails in the long term. I suffer from bad insomnia an in spite of that not improving the increase in energy after ONE dose was a surprise. Highly recommended. I take it early mornings and before bed on an empty stomach
