Martin Greeff and his family have put great care into creating “Martinnaise”, a brand of egg-free, dairy-free and soya-free mayonnaise sauces. Martin was first inspired to create an allergen-free spread when his wife developed unexpected food allergies, and the result was a delicious secret Greeff family recipe that soon became famous!
Unlike ordinary mayo brands, Martinnaise is free of artificial colourings, flavourings and acidifiers; it’s also much lower in fat than conventional mayonnaise. Every ingredient is researched and sourced with the greatest care and commitment to creating healthier, tastier foods. The Martinnaise range gives you all the flavour and creamy texture of your favourite spread, with far fewer calories and none of the guilt.
