Directions:
- As a food supplement for children 3 to 5 years of age, take one (1) tablet daily, for ages 6 years to adult, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
- Do not exceed directions for use.
- For use for children only under adult supervision: Never leave a child alone when he or she is consuming the tablet.
- Instruct the child to chew each bear carefully and thoroughly.

19/06/2026, By JhoreneThis is by far the best Vit C I have given my toddler and the highest volume of it as well. Not like other gummies that has nothing in it.
My toddler has been taking this with the Solgar MultiVit for over a year, and her immunity is so much better!
