Directions for Use

• For fertility tracking, take your temperature at approximately the same time each morning before getting out of bed or beginning daily activity.
• Place the thermometer according to your chosen measurement method and follow the enclosed instructions.
• Keep the thermometer in position until the audible signal indicates the reading is complete.
• Record your temperature daily to identify patterns over time.
• BBT readings may be entered into a compatible fertility tracking app to help chart your cycle and temperature trends.
• Follow the enclosed instruction leaflet for further, more detailed instructions.

Care & Cleaning Instructions

• Clean the thermometer before and after each use according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Take particular care to clean and disinfect the thermometer thoroughly after vaginal or rectal use.
