Sister Imogen to Brindley23/10/2022, By JacobAverage. It's about 400mg per capsule and you will need to chomp 5 to feel anything. The feeling? For me it was mostly memorable for it's physical sensations in my throat, sort of like a visceral come up sensation of psylocibin but without the hallucinogenic aspect. Did not come with compostable packaging either. Do not really recommend using with a strong coffee. Combined it's quite a jittery stimulant. I would recommend trying some of the other better reviewed Lions Mane products, hopefully there is one with locally sourced lions mane.
