Well, it surely does have benefits. The fact that it's organic and healthy, I break my fast with it as it is the best bone broth I can get out here. It might take time to get used to the taste but, after a fast, everything tastes great.
I also add it to my stews, and for me it's the best in a bean stew. My kid love it in soups.
