Culture Lab is a company who specialise in micro-brewing small batches of slow fermented kombucha from certified organic ingredients. Their journey with kombucha began when Cape Town couple Amy, and Jacques first tasted this miraculous beverage. They were intrigued from the get-go, and immediately began brewing their very own blends. Today, the Culture Lab Kombucha range of flavours includes lemongrass, buchu, cinnamon, and ginger.
