Directions:
- Scoop a slightly heaped teaspoon of tea into an infuser or straight into a mug of ‘just off’ boiling water.
- Allow it to steep for between 5 and 10 minutes, strain and enjoy.
- Honey or lemon can be added if desired.
- This tea can be enjoyed as an iced tea with fresh fruit juice to sweeten if needed.
- The homemade iced tea can be made as above and then just chilled.
- Alternatively, iced tea can be made via cold infusion.
- For cold infusion, add a room-temperature mug of water to your tea.
- Place in the fridge for 24 hours, strain and enjoy.
- Enjoy one or two cups a day.

- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

- The cold-infusion method tea is often found to be smoother in taste, and tests reveal that more bioactive components are present when brewed this way.
Caution:
- Avoid use if pregnant, breastfeeding, on sedatives or anti-depressants, have kidney or heart disease or are prone to dermatitis.
- Stop two weeks before surgery.

07/12/2025, By TanyaThis beautifully packaged tea would make a lovely little stocking filler for the tea lover in your life. Its visually appealing and the tea is indeed mild and calming, the little blue pops of cornflower are pretty.
