Auroshikha is a brand of natural incense and fragrances established in Pondicherry, India in 1973. The sticks are crafted by hand in an ethical environment that provides sustainable employment to local workers.
Auroshikha incenses are made using fine quality natural ingredients, like dried flower petals, herbs, resins and spices. These are mixed with charcoal and water to make a fragrant paste, which is then rolled onto bamboo sticks and left to dry. The sticks are perfumed with essential oils.
Auroshikha is a part of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram. All ingredients used conform to the guidelines of the International Fragrance Association, Geneva, Switzerland.
