Almond flour is made simply from finely ground, blanched almonds, and packed with plenty of natural goodness and nutrients. High in protein and fibre but low in carbohydrates and calories, it’s an ideal alternative to wheat flour for those who are gluten-intolerant, on a low-carb eating plan or simply health-conscious. Almonds are also a great source of vitamin E, magnesium and easily digestible calcium, and they’re popular for their wonderful nutty taste.
