Directions:
- Coconut oil is solid when cold and softens at room temperature.
- Place in lukewarm water to make into liquid (not direct sunlight).

So I started researching and found coconut oil, I looked at previous reviews of all the coconut oils offered by faithful to nature and the Kapruka organic virgin coconut oil was the best rated and most relevant to me. I've been using this oil for almost 2 weeks now. It smells so good I want to eat it. It changes depending on temperature from solid to liquidy. It melts on my skin like silk and my skin absorbs it like its hungry for more. Anyway I read one review where the lady mixed the oil with a cream it's actually a good idea because using it alone as a moisturizer is not sustainable I did it for a few days. So instead I mixed it with vaseline, and my skin couldn't look better, feel better, I have less reactions, almost no random itches, I am happy with this oil and I will buy more as soon as it is available.10/08/2019, By LeeTastes great. I use it on my hair and my curls absolutely soak it up, its great as a body moisturiser and a great cuticle oil.
Incidentally, it also makes the most delicious French toast...or as my 8yr old niece calls it Coconutty Toast. Originally , I purchased the Kapruka Organic Virgin Coconut Oil for cooking purposes but unfortunately couldn appreciate its taste. So, I decided to try it out as a body moisturizer. I was amazed to say the least. I mixed a little into E45 cream and smoothed it on. It left my skin velvety soft and completely moisturized. I now use my concoction as a daily body moisturizer for my toddlers.
