Our Organic Chocolate is carefully dried and processed - the temperature is never allowed to exceed 47ºC (most other cocoa powders are exposed to temperatures as high as 150ºC!). This low temperature process keeps delicate vitamins, minerals and antioxidants intact and avoids the formation of trans-fats, allowing for maximum digestion and absorption.

If you want to make you e own chocolate and you like really dark chocolate this stuff is the bomb! And the bonus is that it is really easy too: add coconut oil, sweetener of choice and then some dried fruits and nuts.
