Directions:
- Split pods lengthwise & scrape seeds out. Add it to baking, ice cream & desserts.
- Add to milk, cream or maple syrup to increase flavour.
- Place in sugar jars to make vanilla-scented sugar.
- Drop open pods in vodka, bourbon, brandy or rum for vanilla-tasting alcohol.
- Infuse in sea salt, vinegar or oils & add to savoury dishes.
- Dry out beans & grind into vanilla powder.
Care Instructions:
- Store pods in a cool, dark place out of direct sunlight or heat.
- Do not store in refrigerator or freezer.
- Product may develop small vanillin crystals. This is a sign of high quality, not to be confused with mould.
