Directions:
- For use as a thickener: dissolve flour in water before adding to hot liquids.
- For best results in baking: mix potato flour with other flours according to a recipe.
- Baking suggestion: add xanthan gum or guar gum as a binding agent to improve the texture & volume of gluten-free baked goods.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Once opened, fold over/ seal the inner bag.
