½tsp Nielsen-Massey Pure Lemon Extract = 1Tbsp fresh lemon juice or 1tsp lemon zest
Recipe for Lemon Herb Sauce:
Ingredients:- ¾ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup fresh Parsley, loosely packed
- ¾ cup fresh basil, loosely packed
- ½ cup fresh chives
- 2 sprigs fresh Rosemary
- 1-1½Tbsp Nielsen-Massey Pure Lemon Extract
- ½tsp Salt
- ½tsp freshly ground Black Pepper
Method:
Place all ingredients into a blender, or use an immersion blender; blend on low for 30-60 seconds. The mixture should be chunky. Serve over hot vegetables.
Caution
- Flammable, keep away from fire.
- For food use only.
Store in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate.
