Directions for Use
Essential oils are the highly concentrated active ingredients of plants. They should always be diluted in a base before use and should not be taken internally without professional recommendation.
- Baths: Add 5 - 10 drops of essential oil(s) to a warm run bath. If skin is sensitive, blend the essential oil in a teaspoon of carrier oil first. Close the door so the vapours don't escape. Soak for at least 10 minutes relaxing and breathing deeply. For added moisturising dilute the oils in 10ml of carrier before adding to the bath.
- Massage: add 5 - 6 drops of essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil. Mix thoroughly and apply liberally to the skin.
- Inhalations: Add 4 - 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming water. Place a towel over your head, close your eyes and lean over the bowl. Inhale the vapour for a few minutes.
- Burners and Diffusers: Fill the bowl of the burner/vaporiser with water and then add 3 - 6 drops of essential oil. Light the candle and the oil will evaporate as the water heats up. Do not let the bowl dry out.
Caring for Your Essential Oils
SOil essential oils and carrier oils are living products that are vulnerable to heat, moisture, air and light. It is best to store them in a cool, dark place with the lids well sealed. If your fridge is the only cool place around, allow the oils to reach a cool room temperature before use (around 20 degrees C).

Soil Eucalyptus Essential Oil
06 Nov, 2016, By Abigail
Great quality oil. I put a few drops in the humidifier and it helps with breathing and blocked nose. I like it so much that I even keep it on my desk at work and now and then just open it to freshen up the office.

Eucalyptus Oil is fantastic for ridding clothes of oil marks. Just apply to oil stain with a cotton wool bud, pop in the washing machine and Voila - Oil stain gone.
great for wet coughs

I have the flu at the moment and wake up during the night coughing. I just take a few deep breathes of this oil from my pillow and it seems to ease the cough. Will also add this to my bath as per other comments.
De-stress and Toilet Spray

A drop of Eucalyptus Ess oil in your bathtub can do wonders for a stressed body. I also put a drop or two in a spraybottle and fill it up with water and then use it as a toiletspray.

Always use this oil when I have a cold - either just a few drops on my pillow or in the bath really helps! Or I add it to a bowl of steaming hot water and breath in the steam - that works really well!
Great for colds

I add about 5 drops to the bath water along with peppermint (open nasal passages), rosemary (body aches) and lavender oil (sleep) when my kids start coming down with a cold - it may be coincidence but every time they sleep much better and their recovery rate is much faster! Much cheaper and healthier than a whole bunch of (chemical) medicines!
