Directions:
- Add 6-10 drops to your diffuser or 2 drops to your ceramic burner.
- For topical application, use it on the skin. All essential oils should be diluted in a carrier oil of choice to aid absorption into the body without losing the oil to evaporation.
- The blended oil can be rubbed onto the throat or stomach to aid ailments and discomfort.
- For issues related to gums a drop of the oil can be added to your toothpaste.
