Their Flax and Sunflower loaf is both nutritious and delicious as they have included protein and fiber-rich sunflower and flax seeds for added nutty flavour and nourishment. You simply have to add a few simple ingredients, mix, bake and voila! You’ll be munching on wholesome freshly baked bread that’s gluten-free and safe for celiacs.

Preparing your Flax & Sunflower Loaf

Please Note: While the contents of this product are vegan, the suggested recipe below and included with the product is not, and will need to be modified with vegan alternatives to make it a vegan food.


  • 10g instant dried yeast
  • 250ml well measured very warm water
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 egg whites


  • Empty your Glutagon mix into a mixing bowl
  • Add the extra ingredients
  • Mix for 3 minutes with an electric mixer with one paddle
  • Spoon into a greased tin of approx. 21cm x 11cm x 6.5 cm(height)
  • Place in a draft-free area such as a microwave or oven to rise (don’t cover)
  • After about 25 minutes or when the bread has risen to 2-3 cm above the tin
  • Bake at 220 °C for about 35 mins
  • Remove from tin and allow to cool
  • Slice and enjoy!
