As flour replacement substitute 15-30% of flour with flax flour when baking.
To replace one egg stir 1 tablespoon of flax flour into 3 tablespoons of water and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
Suggested Servings/ Daily intake
- Adult: 1-2 Tablespoons
- Children: 1-2 Teaspoons
Adequate fluid intake is advised when consuming this product due to its high fibre content.

I add one table spoon of this to my weetbix in the morning. It actually adds quite a pleasant flavour. I will definitely keep using this product.

Although I don use this flour on its own, I add it to my coconut flour for Paleo breads. It adds tons of fible and tastes good.
Also nice sprinkled over salads once mixed with balsamic viniger if you like the nutty taste
