13/05/2026, By HutchI've started with Isolate Spectrum about a week and a half ago. Have not yet tried the Broad Spectrum (BS) nor Full Spectrum (FS) yet as I'm testing it out cautiously. So far, I'm getting positive results from IS. No regrets on my purchase thus far.

After using the same dosage for all three, this is what I found:
- Broad Spectrum - for me there was hardly any effect. I didn't feel relaxed or sleepy either, even going up in dosage.
- Isolate Spectrum - this was really good. It completely relaxed meand I slept really well. It also helped a lot with pain
- Full Spectrum - this was very potent, I had to lower the dosage. With that said though, it's a mixed response for me. Some days it helped, other days not so much.21/02/2024, By WayneVery small bottles but really great way to discover which one works for you at a fair price.
