Angelica Sinesis has been studied for its ability to support the female menstrual cycle. Because Don Quai is a traditional Chinese medicine, it must be used in therapeutic dosage to be effective. Directions:
- Take 15 - 20 drops in a little water or juice 2-3 times daily.
