Medi Mushrooms capsules are made using the fruiting body (cap & stalk) of the mushroom, which contain high concentrations of beta-glucans and are best extracted using hot water. Beta-glucans, which are responsible for the immune-supporting benefits of mushrooms, are hot water soluble, and this extraction method makes them highly bioavailable. As a result, the beta-glucans are more readily able to be absorbed and utilised by the body.

Directions

• Adults & children over 12 years: Take 2-3 capsules twice a day.
• Children 6-12 years: Take 1 capsules twice a day.
