Vegetable fat, carob powder, maltodextrin, soya flour, fructose, soya lecithin, emulsifier and flavourant
Chocolate Fruit Truffles Recipe:
2 cups carob chunks
1 1/2 cup raisins
2 cups Nuts, your favorite
1 cup dates
Place all the ingredients except the carob into a blender and blend until well mixed.
Melt the carob either in a double boiler.
Form the fruit mix into balls and using and then dip them into the melted carob mixture.
Wrap a tray in cling film and place each ball onto the cling form.
Refridgerate the truffles for 10 minutes before serving.
If you would like a creamier consistency, add either a tablespoon or two of caco butter or coconut oil to the fruit mixture before blending.
