Good quality product

I buy and use this product often and thought I would add my 2 cents - it is the real deal and in my opinion is a great quality product. It is not as thick as maple syrup with added thickeners and that is a good thing - it is a reputable brand and it has been certified. I am very happy with the taste and results.

Those who have used the product, please advise.. Would it be suitable for the Master Cleanse diet? It is much cheaper than the one I once bought, Im a bit concerned if it is the real deal...
Not Grade B

Ive often ordered Coombs Grade B maple syrup from another site. Ive had to try this one as it appeared to be cheaper than the one I have purchased before. Upon using this brand I found it to be too runny and lighter in color than the Coombs one Grade B. I must say that I am very disappointed with this product as the internet is filled with information on ways one can identify real Grade B maple syrups and this one is certainly not the real Grade B. Too bad I had order so many.

I purchased this product from another store a month ago (its cheaper on this site). This was the first time Ive had real maple syrup. I choose this product because it is Grade B which is said to be thicker, darker and richer than Grade A. It has a nice sweet taste but a bit thinner than I thought it would be (but this just means it doesn have any artificial thickeners in it!). I was pleasantly surprised to see that it did not get hard in the fridge (you have to refrigerate it after opening) and I was able to still pour it easily! The only reason I didn give it 5 stars is because of the lid/opening which is not non-drip so it does mess a bit when pouring. Also if you leave the bottle on its side it will leak from the cap. So if you keep it upright and pour carefully its a great product!
