Directions:
- As a soak: Pour 1 – 3 cups of Epsom Salt into a warm bath. Soak for 20 minutes letting the minerals absorb through the skin.
- As an exfoliator: Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your favourite oil or body wash, gently massage onto wet skin and rinse well.
- As a dishwashing aid: Sprinkle some Epsom Salt on your pots and pans to help clean stuck-on food and rub well with a sponge. Rinse off and wash with your regular dish soap.
