Directions:
As a soak:- Pour salts into warm, running bath water of 37-39 ℃.
For general well-being:
- Add ½ - 1 cup or, for tired & sore muscles, 2 - 4 cups to a bath.
- Soak for 20 minutes, letting the minerals absorb through the skin.
As an exfoliator:
- Mix a handful of Epsom Salt with your favourite oil or body wash, gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse well.
Soaking tip:
- Remember to stay hydrated.
- Rinse off before getting out of the bath.

- Avoid contact with the eyes.
