I decided to try "New Leaf Turmeric Curcumin & Ginger 6 Month Supply" and was happy to see it included pepper, as it aids absorption. The tablets are small and easy to take, and within a week, I have had a marked reduction in joint (arthritic) pain. Very affordable to buy this way.
