Directions
As an external dietary supplement, peel one patch from backing and apply every second day a period of 24 hours at a time, or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results place patch on clean, dry, hair-free skin behind the ear, on the upper part of the neck.

Hope it works cause I'm going to do 2 patches a day while I fast taking a break from capsules.

Bought online and it seems like I have received a bad batch. Stickers come out after 3 hours and the colour is much lighter than the pack I bought initially.

I've had to throw away 6 patches from this pack so far because they were completely dried out and no useable at all. That's 12 days worth.

My husband and I do a fair amount of exercise including weight training and we have been taking a vegan supplement - HMB - which helps with keeping muscle mass as well as being helpful with recovery. That has been working well - we can actually see the difference in our bodies after taking it for around two months now. The D3 is said to be helpful in 'allowing' the HMS to work and again, after taking it for nearly a month now we can both feel our recovery times are improved.
