02/04/2026, By RpenClear mind, calm gut, happy energy and one of the few probiotics in South Africa without any lactobacillus strands in it. Too much lactobacillus can actually cause acidosis symptoms in sensitive bodies like mine. My hair thins breaks and gets frizzy at the ends. My skin looks more wrinkly. I can feel it almost like a dehydrated feeling in my body and I get digestive issues if I take probiotics that are lactobacillus dominant. My doctor said it was just being I my 40s but that is so not true. Now that I’ve cut out lactobacillus and added centrum women’s multi I feel great. No more yogurt, fermented foods or lactobacillus probiotics. I take this as well as bacillus coagulan since it’s one of the few that’s been shown to create safe lactic acid production. Luckily I can also get that strand in South Africa. Now my body, hair, skin and mind feel healthy vibrant and full again. Took about 3 months to start noticing good results and 6 months for my hair to get back to full luster.
