20/01/2022, By MoniqueIt's the first kind of lecithin granules i buy, i suppose they're ok - i throw them into my smoothies, they don't dissolve but it's ok it doesn't bother me in the smoothie. I got them for liver support, can't comment yet whether they're doing anything.
