Directions:
- Adults: two level teaspoons (6.4g) 1-2 times daily.
- Children 6-12 years: 1 level teaspoon (3.2g) 1-2 times. Daily.
- Children 1-6 years: ¼ to ½ teaspoon daily.
- Mix in a tall glass of water or juice and consume immediately. Follow with more water.
- Best ½ hour before or after a meal.
- Start with a low dose and build up as needed.
