Directions:
Daily Maintenance:- Take 3 capsules every morning with a big glass of water, before food.
- The ideal dose may vary from person to person.
7-Day Quick Cleanse:
- Take 4 capsules 3 times daily with a big glass of water, before food.
Please Note:
- Ensure adequate fluid intake when taking fibre supplements – 2 litres per day is recommended.
- Some changes in bowel habits may occur due to increased fibre intake.
- If any unusual changes occur, including abdominal pain or extended constipation, seek professional advice.
Caution:
- Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding at the maintenance dose.
- Lowered absorption of medicines may occur when taking concentrated fibre; therefore, it is recommended that Multi Fibre be taken one hour away from medication.
- Not suitable for vegans and vegetarians (gelatin capsule).
- Do not use after the expiry date stated on the bottle.
- Do not use Multi Fibre if you notice visible signs of deterioration.
Care Instructions:
- Store all medicines out of the reach of children.
- Store in a cool, dark place, below 25 °C, away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Store in the original packaging and keep the bottle tightly closed.
- Replace the protective cap after each use.
- Do not dispose of unused medicine in drains or sewerage systems (e.g. toilets).
