27/02/2025, By RobynLove this product. Been using other iron tablets to help with my ferritin and it made me nauseous and so much discomfort to the point of not having an appetite. Been using this gentler iron for 3 weeks now and no discomfort or nausea. Just had minor nausea first day I used it but after eating it went away. It has slowly increased my energy levels and also helps with my fluctuating mood. I use it with Vitamin B12 aswell as a probiotic(Rawbiotic) to better absorb the iron but I also have Candida overgrowth which is why I wasn't absorbing iron.
