Directions:
- Children 10 years and older take 10 ml per day.

Add it into their morning juice/smoothie for better absorbtion. Gives him a healthy boost of energy, he has become more interactive as well. which is good. Still Early days, but i think this is going to be a staple in my house. Recommended to my sister for he 4 year old
