Directions:
- Gently insert the pointed end of the pick between your teeth.
- Curve the pick around the base of one tooth and gently move it up and down against the side of the tooth, making sure to go below the gum line.
- Repeat this motion on the adjacent tooth.
- Be gentle to avoid injuring your gums or damaging dental work like braces or dental implants.
