Directions:
- Use Mix 1–2 scoops (5–10g creatine monohydrate) daily.
- Mix 1 scoop in a glass of water, or 2 scoops in at least 400ml of water.
- Use daily at any time of the day that suits your routine.
- Shake the tub before use; Ingredients may settle naturally.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
