My skin feels nourished. The liquid form is good, but the same brand soap bars moisturise my skin even more, so they are my preference, but this liquid soap is more versatile and am busy filling my liquid hand wash pump bottles with it because, yay, it doesn't dry my skin. No more itchy scalp and adds a lot more volume to my hair. I have read that Castile soap will dry your hair and make it brittle but that is not my experience at all.
