Directions:
- As a dietary supplement for adults, take ¼ to ½ teaspoon with warm water once or twice daily or as directed by your health practitioner.
- Hair Colouring: Add Hibiscus powder to henna for a bright reddish-black colour or add it to coffee for a rich blackish-brown colour.
- Hair mask for regrowth: Blend onions and hibiscus powder together to make a hair regrowth mask.
- Apply and rinse out with shampoo after 20 minutes.
- Face mask: Mix Hibiscus powder with Aloe vera gel and yoghurt and use it as a cleansing and anti-ageing face mask.
