Directions:
- For Sprouts: Soak 2-3 Tbsp of seed in water for 3-6 hours. Drain. Rinse and drain well twice a day. Keep in the dark for 24-48 hours for more even germination. Ready to eat in 3-4 days.
- For Microgreens: Soak seed for 3-6 hours. Surface sow thickly over prepared, moist grow medium in your microgreens tray and press down firmly. Spray evenly with a fine mist spray. Apply weight and blackout for 2-3 days using the stacked tray method. Once germinated, remove the cover and allow it to green up. Ready to harvest as a microgreen for 7 days.
- For best results use the Living Seeds Sprouting System.
