Directions for Use
- Pour 1–2 tablespoons of oil into your mouth.
- Swish around the mouth and between the teeth for approximately 5 minutes.
- Do not swallow, spit the oil out and rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water.
- Use daily as part of your oral care routine.
