It’s important to remember when using paprika in sauces that it has high sugar content and burns easily. Add it only when liquid Ingredients are present and do not cook it over high heat for too long.

This product is generally okay, but I think I might have had a gluten reaction from this. Does anyone know whether Sally-Anne Creed uses any bulking agents (such as wheat flour). The ingredients are not listed on the packaging, so I'm not sure if this product is 100% gluten free (it's not marked as being gluten free). Afraid to purchase again.07/07/2018, By SaadIt's so good! It gives soups and stews a sweet richness. Love it as a component in meat rubs as well.
