26/03/2024, By WvB_1Really good taste, dissolves easily in water, and we've found it really helps to replenish salts after stenuous exercise such as a long bike ride. My husband normally gets headaches after a long ride but found that, by taking this afterward, he is headache-free10/02/2024, By VictoriaHorrible! Difficult to mix and tastes like a diet drink horrible aftertaste.
