Directions:
- Pour a small amount into your hands and gently massage into your scalp throughout your hair.

It is runny, but it lathers well enough, it cleans well, and I can feel and see a difference in the health of my hair.
It can't repair split ends as the claims assert - nothing can - but it is a good product. I decided to try this one, even though it's a bit pricey, but had a bad run of shampoos for a few months. I've been using this one for about a month. It's working out fairly economical to use and seems to suit me needs, so I am hopeful.
The only complaint I have is the about the packaging. It's very easy to drop and waste but this can be overcome by decanting into a better container.
