03/02/2025, By AmyI started this together with the sunflower lecithin supplement and definitely saw an increase in milk supply. I’m not sure which of these products helped more, but I’ll continue both for the reminder of my breastfeeding journey. Will also get the bigger box next time, now that I know it works.
