Directions for Use
For porridge- Add 4 tablespoons (approximately 50g) to 90ml of water or plant-based milk and mix well.
With yoghurt
- Add 2 tablespoons to 125g yoghurt.
- Top with dried fruit and hemp seeds if desired.
Storage Instructions
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 months.
