Directions
Cinnamon should be kept in a tightly sealed glass container in a cool, dark and dry place. Kalyan’s ground cinnamon will keep for about six months, but you can extend its life by storing in the refrigerator. If your cinnamon stops smelling sweet, it is no longer fresh and should be discarded.

Someone informed me recently that the latter is apparently the real thing and normal "Cinnamon" is not quite the same. In future, I'll be ordering their "Ceylon Cinnamon"
