Ingredient Spotlight:

• Don Quai is a potent adaptogen that helps to balance female hormones. It is believed to soothe menopause symptoms such as hot flushes.
• Chaste Berry balances hormone levels, reduces stress and improves overall wellbeing.
• Maca is an invigorating adaptogenic herb that can help to address menopause symptoms such as lack of libido, hot flushes and mood swings.

Directions:

• Take one full dropper (10 drops) one to three times a day - once for maintenance dosage and three times in acute cases.
• Put dropper directly in the mouth or in a glass of water for consumption and keep in mouth for 30 seconds for optimum absorption.
• Please note that the product contains 33% alcohol. If wanting to avoid ethanol consumption, place drops in hot water and allow ethanol to evaporate for a minute or two.
• Increase dosage depending on the severity of menopausal symptoms.
• Suitably paired with Evening Primrose Oil and Eleuthero.
