When first using it, it did cause my skin to purge (as activated charcoal does) so you may have a breakouts when first starting it but once it clears it's really awesome. I did prefer the older consistency though which was more fine, the newer bottles have little pieces in that are too big so it's quite scrapey...still use it happily though.09/01/2018, By DaniI really love this cleanser – it doesn't foam at all but leaves my skin feeling amazing and considering I'm pregnant I've hardly had any pimples throughout the past 8 months, only a few scattered breakouts.
