Directions:

• Insert the thick poles into the holes on the side of the recovery tub.
• Push each pole up through the hole until only the bottom of the hole is showing.
• Install the rubber ring on the drain and screw on the tap as tight as possible.
• Firmly insert the end of the pump into the blow hole of the rubber ring.
• Pump up until all kinks in the inflatable upper ring are removed.
• Add water and ice, and enjoy.

• Using an ice bath dramatically decreases your body’s core temperature. Immersion in cold water constricts blood vessels and slows the flow of blood around the body, which, combined with health complications, can raise blood pressure and increase the chance of cardiac arrest or stroke.
• Do not use an ice bath if you are: under 18 years of age, pregnant, have a history of heart disease or high blood pressure, have diabetes, have complications such as neuropathy or retinal damage, wear a pacemaker, have a history of frostbite, have an open wound, have epilepsy or any other health concerns or risks or have had recent surgery.

Care Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
• Remove and refill the water regularly to ensure the water stays fresh.
• Limit sun exposure to the Ice Bath to ensure the material doesn’t damage.
• Wipe out the Ice Bath regularly to limit the buildup of bacteria.
